Zebra Fluorite gets its striking name from the alternating bands of dark and light that streak through the stone, creating patterns as bold and graphic as any design. Fluorite comes in a remarkable range of colors — clear, green, blue, purple, and black — and zebra fluorite captures several of those in a single stone. And here's where it gets interesting: the word fluorescence actually comes from fluorite. Under 365nm UV light, these spheres reveal a vivid glow that adds a fun extra dimension to the stone.
