1. Fulfillment & Processing
- Processing Time: We strive to package and prepare all orders for shipment or pickup confirmation within 24 business hours of placement.
- Fulfillment Window: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be fully processed before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Services and Protection (Domestic U.S. Only)
- Primary Carriers: We prioritize reliable service via UPS and FedEx (Ground, 3-Day Select, and 2nd Day Air) options, which are available for selection at checkout.
- Item Protection: Due to the irreplaceable nature and fragility of our collection, all items are shipped fully insured and professionally packaged. The shipping charge calculated at checkout includes the required insurance cost and a fee for specialized handling.
- Rate Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your chosen speed.
- Signature Confirmation: We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value purchases to ensure secure receipt.
3. Local Pickup Option
For our local customers, pickup is available at your convenience.
- Pickup Locations: Roseburg, Oregon, or Drain, Oregon.
- Arrangement: After placing your order, you will receive an email within 24 business hours to confirm the specific date and time for pickup at your chosen location.
4. Handling Damaged, Lost, or Returned Items
- Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the "Refunds for Damaged Items" section of our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Please refer to the guidelines in our Return & Exchange Policy for how we assist with carrier claims and package loss.
