This polished Astrophyllite crescent moon, standing approximately 9.75" tall on its black metal display stand, shows a deep brown to nearly black matrix alive with radiating flashes of bronze, silver, blue-gray, and subtle gold. The fibrous crystal patterns shift as the light moves across them, giving the moon an almost starburst-like glow. The stand is included, so no extra stand is required.
Each moon is set at a slight angle on its stand to better catch that flash and color play. Because astrophyllite forms with naturally varied crystal sprays, no two pieces are alike, and each one differs slightly in color, flash, and arrangement.
Display it on a shelf, desk, or console table, or tuck it in alongside a mineral collection where the light can find it. It's a crescent moon with a night sky's worth of sparks.
